Quality product, architectural design
This soap dispenser was pricier than most. When I got it, I understood why. It is heavy gauge stainless steel, with almost die cut precision angles. This is architectural quality design and manufacture. I have not installed it yet. However, it is not a faucet and easy to check functionally. The pump works smoothly, bottle below counter surface seems very strong plastic, and everything above counter is steel. The lines are crisp and elegant. It is heavy. It is polished to a matte shine. I am really happy with it. Saving a few bucks for an inferior product is not worth it. I would recommend this and buy it again.

Looks good, but not perferct
Good solid heavy duty product. Only complaint is it doesn't swivel however the nozzle wiggled back and forth a little

All metal pump
I would highly recommend this product. I use it with dish soap and hand soap. I also purchased the 47” tubing with weighted check valve so I don’t have to refill the small bottle (also awkward depending on your sink size)!

2 pump chump
Had it for just over a year and it quit working and now you have to pump furiously to get any soap. It's just me and my wife so its not like we have kids beating on it and using it all the time. I have cheap plastic bathroom pumps that work better and get more use and have lasted years compared to this. Don't get it unless you have to have a square soap pump!Update: After my husband wrote this, he took it apart and cleaned under every crevice and it works like new again. :)))
