Update 2 - Keeps the dogs from scratching the lids, but I live in Florida and get rained on sometimes. Don’t mind extra $ for the stitching, but these are not water proof, must be removed to dry the underside padding, and now the Velcro is coming loose inside the bags. I also found water inside the bags when I got home yesterday. Bummer. I did use the enclosed alcohol pads to clean the surface before applying the velcro. Premium price, but not as refined as I had expected.

I am Extremely satisfied with this product. First it was delivered a full week ahead of delivery date! When I opened the box and couldn't believe just how beautiful the covers are with the blue stitching which matches the blue pinstripe on my 2021 Street Glide Special with the stretched bags.The leather is soft and cushioned with a very soft fleece backing. The velcro pieces are already attached and also cut to the correct size corresponding to where it will be placed on the insides of the lids. The kit comes with the alchohol wipes to clean the surfaces prior to installing the velcro. Per directions, I set the covers in the sun to soften them up while attaching all the velcro pieces to the lids.After that the lids went on so easily back to front and then side to side lining up the seams with the lines of the lids. I had them installed in just a few minutes. They came out perfectly the first try. The velcro is very clean and secure. They look factory and fit like a glove. They feel of amazing quality and they are real leather as well, totally changing the entire look of my bike for the better. I could n NOT be happier. They look better in person than they do in the pics. The only problem I have now is that I spend even more time now looking at my bike than usual lol...my friends are already looking to get some as well.Don't even think about these, just buy them already and I promise you'll be very happy!They're worth every penny

These are by far the best. I was hesitant on buying these because of the price compared to the other ones you see, but I'm glad I bought these. The quality is top notch and fit great and best of all they're made in U.S.A which was the selling point for me. I highly and strongly recommend these for anyone who wants quality and to set their bikes apart from other ones.

Despite it took a little longer than projected to be delivered, I couldn’t be more happy with these Saddle Bag covers. The quality is first rate and not one blemish inside or out. I installed them in about 15 minutes from start to finish and the process was very easy. I will be recommending these to all of my friends.

They look great, they fit great.Went through a good rain and didn't appear to leak.However, after washing the bike, water was in my saddlebags. So, I would say they deal while riding due to aerodynamics. But if your stationary and washing the bags, empty your saddlebags 1st.2019 Road Glide

Unbelievable how well these look on lids ! High quality and almost too easy to install. Worth every penny of my investment in product. Even Velcro strips custom cut to lid proportions. Great craftsmanship Shore Fire Design! Will definitely recommend to friends.

Fastening the cover to the inside of the lid is not very good. Seems like the producer of this product needs a better seamstress. This product could easily be made to fasten better on the inside of the lid with a little design change.
