Ordered these as a gift for my Son. He said they are exactly what he wanted.

Great for stress

Whoever is selling these have a hell of a stone pair on them. Unlike the cheaper counterparts you get at chinatown for $5, these are very good quality - solid, heavy and smooth as eggs. Since they're marble, they're not completely just solid black and white-you also get 50 different shades of gray between them. If you're not already a pro at handling a regular pair, you'll find yourself a bit worn out faster than usual because of the sheer size and weight of these triumphant bastards. It's quite a challenge to control them when you fondle them around to and from your palm and finger tips. The base firmly cups the balls quite nicely, but for some reason I always have this knee-jerking reaction to turn my head and cough when I put them away.

Balls are too large for a ladies hand, so it isn't functional. Nice looking, so keep it on my coffee table.

I ordered these over the weekend and was surprised they arrived the same week they were ordered. They came exactly as pictured (although the black one is not as dark but that doesn't bother me). These balls do not chime but are strong, beautiful, great to play with and can be used as décor when not in use. I am 5'5" and this size of Acu-balls fits in my hand perfectly. It has been years since I have used these so after a minute of use, I can feel the results in my hands and wrists. As a person who will use these for stress and anger relief, I know I made the right purchase.

Mine are 142 grams (5 ounces) per ball, stand is 250 grams (8.8 ounces). For reference, iPhone 7 weighs 138 g. I'm 5'8" these fits my hand pretty well. Have good feel of weight. Not exactly silent, sounds like rubbing two pool balls together, but quiet enough. Dropped them from sitting height to wood floor. Did not leave a scratch. My stand is white. The black and white are not perfect colored, that's fine. I mean realistically, that's how marble are.

If you have famously small hands, I wouldn't get these, as they will be hard to fit in your hand, but other than that, they are great! Many Chinese health balls have little bells inside them, but those eventually can get annoying. These are solid marble balls that are quiet enough to use in the office or the home. In our increasingly minimalistic designed world, these Acu-Balls make a phenomenal gift to a friend or to yourself.

Unimpressed - have used these (other metal type) for decades, but these were too heavy and large. Threw them out.
