This device is amazing honestly, I was skeptic in the beginning but after doing research and reading reviews I’m so glad I made the investment. It’s now part of my daily routine. The cool air feels so calming on the skin it’s helps with product absorption so you can get through your skin care routine much faster (who doesn’t want a time saver) and it offers healthy benefits to your skin. The price might be high which might be why you may hesitate but once you have it it’s worth it and you won’t regret it! It’s a tool I use everyday, you’ll be so surprised how often your reach for it that you will be happy with the purchase and not even think twice about the cost. When you can use something daily it’s well worth the investment. P.s the manufacturer customer service is also very interested to make sure the customer is happy and they are a great team, if you ever have any concerns. A must have device for skin care nerds!!!!

I’ve been using this tool since I bought it 3 months ago. Every time I use it, I could feel the face got a bit lifted. The feeling is a bit strange but it does work! I’m on my late 30s that I need something to pair with my Lancôme serums. While using it, I could feel the serum be absorbed into my skin very quickly! Once the serum got fully absorbed, the skin is getting more smoothly and bright individually. The only concern is that I don’t know if this machine is lifetime or not cuz it looks like the “ionizers ” is attached to the machine and not sure how this get switched? But anyway, this is my first time using this product and it’s not cheap to be honest, but I could see the performance so it’s a good investment for me!

It was nice to use for the first couple of months, then it was hard to get the same amount of air coming out despite cleaning it after each use. I tried to get in touch with the company but their webpage couldn’t be found and their email addresses were useless. Terrible after sales service

I absolutely love this product. I got it after I saw the Organic Esthetician on YouTube use it. You have to be consistent but I have almost every device under the sun and I just turned 36, but this is the device I reach for everyday. I love it. It may feel like you are doing nothing at first but if you stay consistent you will definitely see a difference in your skin and some toning. Awesome product.

The product does work, it reduces the wrinkles. Unfortunately after 4 weeks, it started malfunction. Have to return it. Really like to buy another one, but unsure about quality of the product.

I liked this product for the 4 weeks it worked and then it stopped working. I tried all the suggestions and contacting customer service (via email and their contact page) but the emails get returned "undeliverable." As other reviewers have said, this appears to be a defective product. For the price point, the lack of customer service is disappointing.

Love this device

Stopped functioning after less than 1 year. Very upset. Such a high cost for this device and it is a dud. A refund is deserved .
