Mi-T-MAW-7020-8003 Rotary Surface Cleaner, 20", 4000 psi, 3.0 to 5.0 GPM

The media could not be loaded. Works phenomenally! I'm a contractor and would often use a pressure washer on all floor surfaces, commercial and residential. I actually rented this same exact model and found that it literally cut my time down exponentially! I get jobs done in a quarter of the amount of time compared to using a pressure washer. And this particular model is super efficient and yields great results. Can't beat the price either! I use a 3800psi @ 4gpm commercial grade pressure washer.The cleaner moves and operates effortlessly. I'm currently shopping for another high pressure, pressure washer. Once I find one, I'll definitely order this surface cleaner again.

I purchased this product a week ago I have a 1100 foot concrete driveway which is mixed with river rock. Not quite as smooth as a normal concrete driveway is normally. Half of the driveway is covered with large trees therefore mildew builds up quite quickly. In the past I would use a 2700 psi washer with a rotating novel that performed quite well. However it would take me about 18 hours to complete. I upgraded my power washer to a Simpson 3300 psi washer and this product. I washed the driveway this weekend it only took me 6 hours. The product over performed and I wish I had purchased this 4 years ago. I also purchased the shut off valve which made transitioning from the rotor washer to the spray washer quick and easy. I highly recommend this product to anyone who has large and small projects. Saves time tremendously!!! Also to add the mold was quite thick. It just took an extra pass to remove the mold.

I’ve had previous experience with this mi-t-m surface cleaner (as almost every rental company uses these). That alone should speak volumes for this product.This surface cleaner is amazing and saves hours of back breaking pressure washing. A concern I had prior to purchasing is it is rated @3.0-5.0gpm, and my baby pressure washer is 3100psi/2.5gpm. Wasn’t sure if my PW would operate the surface cleaner but it did and it did a fantastic job. I’m sure a more powerful PW is more effective and efficient but for now my baby PW will work. I plan on upgrading at some point in the near future, good news is I don’t have to do it now.This product is awesome and I highly recommend

I like the sturdy build of the machine and the comfortable design. It is also lightweight and easily maneuvered.

This works very well > But you have to match it to a machine. Was told 3 years ago when I bought my MI-t-M pressure washer from Sherwin Williams the 3000 psi 3.5 gpm will run this unit. IT WILL NOT . Tried a 4000 psi 4.0 GPM , it did but not if any water stay trapped underneath cleaner. I now have a 3000 psi , 5.5 GPM this will get it done. Don't let someone just wanting to sell you stuff lie to you. Now the 3000 psi , 3.5 GPM , and a 12 inch surface cleaner will get it done on small jobs.

Thank you for your super fast shipping, I washed a over 1000sf driveway today with it. It worked great with my Dewalt 3800psi pressure washer.it was built well, light weight,very easy to put them together and operate. Less than $400, working like $1000 machine.i love it. Hopefully it can last longer.

Little pricey, but does a great job. Time will tell on durability, but seems sturdy.
