It works!
I love that this product really works for chronic pain. I’ve use a couple of older model of inversion beds. None as good as this one. If you suffer from back pain this is a must have.

Arrived damaged/poor shipping
The concept is great, but it very wobbly, the box came damaged and I believe that is the reason it’s not very sturdy. I contacted customer service and have received no response the day it arrived over a week ago. I do not feel they stand behind Good customer service. I was willing to dispose of this item but that wasn’t good enough, waste of my money.

Works well and it's easy to adjust, once it's assembled.

I was at 90° and the ankle clamp let go and I landed on my head, obviously.
No support!!!! I almost broke my neck when it let go. If I have to go back for more surgery, you'll be hearing from my lawyer...

There are other choices...
Quick summary: purchase a table from a different company. Quality and customer service are very questionable. Details follow.After assembly, the table was not aligned properly to the base. Myself and a friend, experienced with inversion tables, assembled the table twice just to be sure we didn'tmake a mistake. We are both engineers also. My friend said something isn't right, so I took multiple photos and emailed customer service. I asked for a person's name and a telephone number. The website only provided an email address. I was told to return it. I told them it was shipped to me, it's assembled and it's quite heavy. They said I did notassemble it properly. I sent more photos. I asked if it is safe to use as is...no response. We isolated two parts that are like causing the misalignment and asked for the replacement parts. They have stopped returning my emails. No Name, phone number, parts or statement about the safety of the table in it's current condition. There are many brands available... ...choose a different company.

May need extra hands to assemble, I did it alone. Works like a dream realigning back with 2 compressed disks!
