Refurbishment no AC
We purchased this item. It’s a really hard itemto put into your car. We changed it and we noticed AC was no longer working.. it’s still in the car. We are in SoCal and I’m a rep. Too expensive to order another one and can’t return to wait for another to arrive.. why a mess. Never buying refurbished again..

Problem with connector
I worked as an auto mechanic for 7 years, so I decided would give this a shot. I noticed the connector holder was not on the compressor so I took it from the old one and put it on the compressor, this took a while, since I was not able to tighten the screw, so I ended using the old screw as well. After the installation was done, I tried putting the connector on, and the clicking noise which you hear just wasn’t there. So I figure there was just not care taken with this part of the product. It is a pain in the to have to return this and get another.

I haven't had this item for a year exactly and it already gave out on me last week. Is there a way to get a reimbursement or trade it in for a working one ?
