My daughter uses this to stretch for cheer. It works well to stretch your leg forward but when you stretch your leg backwards it falls off your foot.

Very useful for stretching and can be used multiple ways. The only thing is the rope wrinkles after 2-3 uses.

My daughter and her figure-skating coach absolutely love this item. I'm thrilled with it too because the price is as good or better than similar products and the solicitude of seller is beyond compare. There was an email from Ballet Move in my inbox explaining exactly how to use the product before it arrived in the mail - which took some diligence since it arrived in my mailbox a mere 2 days after I ordered it. I'm really glad I got the instructions before I unwrapped the package because, without some introduction, you might be forgiven for thinking "wait, there must be some parts missing." Nope - it's super simple yet deceptively strong and, once I showed it to the aforementioned coach, she had nothing but praise for it. You can't go wrong with this item.

Product was cheap and really no better than a yoga strap. I returned it.

Really enjoying this product. I hung it on an old punching bag hook I had, so I don't know how using a door works with it, but I am very happy with how it works where I have it. It was very nice to receive an email from the company giving instructions on how to use it.
