My Chip Carving Knives - 3 Knife Set - Cutting, Modified and Stab Knife

I've had the pleasure of doing business with the My Chip Carving folks directly for a number of years. When they came out with this set of knives I purchased the standard and modified chip knives. The full set with the wood case would make a great gift for any serious chip carver. They have been worth every penny. I particularly like the modified chip knife for tight and small cuts among other techniques. When doing Swiss chip carving and similar work, I keep these tools at hand. When I purchased the knives they arrived in ready to use sharpened condition. For me, they have a great feel and fit in the hand and I love solid feel of the full tang. They are not overly long, but fit well in the width of my hand. I own most name brand chip carving knife sets and while most have their merits, these knives are one of the top choices in my opinion. The company also stands behind their products which is a rare thing this days.
