Genuine coils
Work great on the rpm80 with rgc tank .Those reviews say doesn't fit need to check it's the rgc coil they need ..The device comes with 2 tanks 1 for mtl .And one for dtl .. the longer ones are rgc for dtl vaping . It will not fit the other tank ..I see some posts question the authentic nature of these coils, I can say the ones I recieved are genuine .But what you should consider is if you have a replacement tank that is much more likely to be non genuine ..The non genuine tank will be likely to leak with the genuine coils..Infact the copycat tank is suited to the copycat coils ..Non genuine tank can also cause the coils to short out ..Look on the underside of your tank and check the CE mark is etched in-between the 2 magnets .. my fake tank did not have these marks ..Another sign of a fake tank is the capacity. The genuine one will have a silicone liner that you need to remove from the inside due to the 2ml restriction law ..When purchased your device may have already had this removed ..These coils work perfectly in My device flavour excellent.. no duds yet ..no leaksEven with genuine smok coils duds are not unheard of but less likely ..Hope this explanation helps other buyers .I feel its unfair to blame genuine coils when fake tanks are the problem ..

On to my fourth pack - No complaints
I'm on to my fourth pack of these coils and have had no issues. No duds, and no coils that burned out quickly either. Take care with first use and they'll last easily. Also make sure that the pod is never completely emptied out.First, prime the coils by soaking the slots before fitting the coils into the pods. After filling the pods leave for 5 mins so the wick is completely soaked. With new coils I'd give a few puffs without igniting to make sure the liquid is fully drawn into the coil. Use initially at 35/40w and then gradually crank up to 55/60w and you're good to go. If you burn your coil initially then it's never going to last long.I have 5 pods which I fill up once a day and I then just cycle through each pod for the rest of the day. When a new pack of coils arrive I also then recycle my old coils once by soaking them in food grade alcohol for about a week. As the necks of the RGC coils are quite wide you can easily give them a good scrubbing and remove any gunk by inserting an earbud. You can't do this with the RPM coils. After this put the coils back in alcohol for another week. By then you'll see even more debris floating in the alcohol. Then, simply take the coils out and give them a good thourough flushing with plain water and leave to air dry for 4-5 days. Prime them as you would with new coils and these should now last 1-2 weeks. I haven't tried recycling them more than once and am pretty sure that after second use it won't be worth the effort.I usually get by ordering a pack every 2-3 months and I'm pretty much a constant vaper.EDIT:Ran out of my usual vape juice and bought some from the local petrol station while waiting for my usual brand to arrive. Coil burnt out within a day. Use a good brand vape juice ideally 70%VG. On to my sixth pack now and the only coil I've had burn out was due to cheap 50/50 vape juice.

Decent
Sometimes some of the coils don't fit quite right and I get leaking but its not every pack and I think thats going to happen with any coil. Otherwise good value for money and they seem to last quite a while
