Not sturdy enough for iPad.
The tripod reasonably well made for price. So was the gooseneck piece. Easy to assemble and adjust. Also quite lightweight. Unfortunately, the plastic "hold-pieces" are not made to securely hold my iPad in place and the plastic attachment to the gooseneck "ball" is not sturdy at all with nothing to secure it in place. The while thing fell out the moment I angled the gooseneck, with my iPad stumbling out of the clamp soon after, thankfully onto my carpeted floors.
