Not impressed with the manufacturer
I will update this review when or *if* I can get the blasted contraption to work. Until then, 3 stars solely for quality control issues and the manufacturer's poor way of handling the assembly.I chose not to pay an extra $94 to have it pre-assembled, under the assumption that there would be at least SOME sort of information how to put the thing together. After all, I figured *most* people would prefer to spend less, so it would make sense on the manufacturer's part to supply a manual of some sort.No.The "manual" comes in the form of a private Facebook group. Not everybody has or wants a Facebook account, and not everybody has all the time the world to wait around for someone to log into Facebook and approve their request to join the group. The actual "manual" linked to in one of the answers for this product is for a different machine and written in broken English. The broken English thing I can accept, but it's not even for the same printer. Some of the parts referenced in the manual weren't included with this machine, because they're not FOR this machine. So I ended up putting the thing together completely on my own, just trying to figure it out by looking at the Amazon photos. I'd like to say I did a decent job, except that I'm down to TWO parts that I cannot find a place for on the machine. The parts they're supposed to connect to appear to be mythical. Some sort of technological urban legend. Where is this nonexistent engine I'm supposed to connect this wire to? IDK, it just doesn't exist.I'm sure it actually DOES, but the problem is that I'd have to take it apart even more than how it was when it arrived just to find out, and I really don't want to flush 3 hours down the drain. All of this frustration could have been avoided if the manufacturer were more user-friendly.Frankly, even if I do get this thing to work, the most I'll give it is 4 stars because of these issues.EDIT: The manufacturer did get back to me and was courteous, but it didn't really solve the problem. As another review mentioned, there were a few parts that didn't fit together as they should have, so the quality control issues for this machine seem to be ongoing. I appreciate the manufacturer getting back to me, but the machine just isn't it, so I returned it.

Could be a great printer but...
Could certainly be a great printer but, the quality control sucks. The design is novel, which is why I purchased it, but upon assembling the printer I noticed several manufacturing defects like pitting in many of the metal parts as well as chips in the powder coating of parts of the printer that should not be there in a new product. For this reason, and that it was missing a limit switch (and did not want to wait for one to be sent from China), I sent it back for a refund. My message to Sunhokey, as well as many other Chinese 3D printer manufacturers, is to increase your time and money spent on quality control... even if it does result in increased prices. Many of the designs that come out of China are really novel and refreshing ideas in the world of 3D printing, so it such a shame to see them come out of the factory screwed up in some form or another.

Poor quality and poor instructions
Product assembly instructions were inaacurate, when it was finally assembled I had 1 print from it and the z limit switch bent and front panel button was intermittently responding. Returned.

So far havent been able to use it because it won't heat up. Contacted company 3 times without response. Was a christmas gift that seems to be a big bust. Will probably be returning it soon. Very poor customer service
