This was a good replacement for my waterproof hunting jacket zipper. Don’t know about the longevity of it but it seems quality enough I was satisfied to put it on a $280 jacket

The zipper is enclosed (it doesn't detach at one end) so you cannot use this item to replace busted rain coat zippers. Just an FYI for anyone thinking about doing the same. Shame as otherwise decent quality. I didn't notice in the description but maybe it's in there somewhere. "Two-way separating" in the product description was somewhat misleading.

A down nylon men's jack

Perfect for what I needed! The zipper on my long winter coat broke, I was able to bring this to the tailor and they sewed it right in. Looks almost identical to the original waterproof zipper. Seems to be sturdy and holding up to general wear.

The zipper itself is wonderful but the zipper sliders that slide along the zipper have a pull tab with a rectangular hole that causes the pull tab to get stuck at odd angles making it very difficult to pull. I continue to use these because I love the zipper, but I replace the sliders with YKK sliders.

No se puede ni sacar los cierres que segundo mi costurera se romperán. Y el vendedor obviamente nunca te lo explica ese detalle. No sé como hacen una mother destas que no pueden inverter los cierres.

Buen producto pero lo que no me agrada son los cierres que no se pueden quitarlos para inverter el zipper, y eso la publicación no te explica.
