Be prepared to have a bad experience at first, but itโs worth mastering.
Tricky to use at first. Have tissues or a towel ready. Stand over the sink with your nose pointed straight down into the center of the sink. Do not face forward, face down. then squeeze the bottle gently into one nostril until the water runs out the other nostril, then switch sides. It will flood your throat and cause you to choke if your head is at all lifted. Unpleasant on first use. Itโll clog your ears like youโre underwater. Once the gunk has cleared, continue to face down and blow your nose gently. If you lift your head, the drainage will go to your throat and ears. Itโs awful if you do it wrong, but harmless. Definitely donโt use plain tap water. Itโll burn without the powdered mix of salt and baking soda. The relief is life changing once you master it.

Worth it
I had a really great experience with this nasal fluid. It worked amazingly well and cleared out my congestion almost right away, which made a huge difference in how I felt throughout the day. What I appreciated just as much was how easy it was to use. The directions were very clear and straightforward, so I didnโt feel confused or hesitant at all before trying it. Everything was explained in a way that made the process simple and stress-free. Overall, this product delivered exactly what I needed, both in effectiveness and ease of use. I would definitely use it again and recommend it to anyone dealing with congestion.

This is a great neti pot for ppl who donโt like trying to figure out how to tilt your head
This neti pot is the best neti pot Iโve ever used! Hereโs why: itโs so simple to use, you just gently squeeze it up one nostril and it comes out the other, but thereโs no head tilting required. I have occasional episodes of vertigo (the room starts to spin & makes me super anxious) & Iโm also prone to getting sick easily/sinus congestion, so my doctor recommended I get a neti pot. The oneโs that Iโve used in the past were more difficult because I felt like if I turned my head the wrong degrees my ears would get closed more. And one time, the previous type of neti pot I had, because of the way it released water and my inner ear getting clogged (in laymanโs terms), it led to me having a episode of vertigo. But this neti pot has not! It just cleared my nose! It was super easy to set up and to clean. Make sure you use bottled water to know itโs clean water youโre using. Also make sure to heat it up, it makes it a lot easier to go down the other nostril and it feels better; I heat mine for 30 secs but you can probably heat it for a minute and if itโs too warm then just wait a little for it to cool down. I use the salt mixture packets that it comes with; it comes with only two packets though and you have to use one packet per rinse. I do the rinse at night right before bed. The text on the bottle is super easy to read and the dotted line tells you exactly where to fill to. It looks just like the pictures. Iโll be getting my next one in 3 months just as it states on the bottle to do. Totally fine paying the $9 every 3 months for a new one because of how much easier this neti pot is to use. 10 out of 10 would recommend this!

Great Product
Premix was easy to work with. And I only needed the bottle. It was different to remove the seal but once I did, I was satisfied

Good for short-term uses
To say I enjoy a neti pot would be a big no but moving across country I developed some allergy symptoms to something and ordered this to see if it would help - mostly irritation to my throat likely coming some from my nasal passages. I used this 2x a day for 3 days (first using the pre-mixed one and then using boiled water for the other times - you'll have to purchase more of the little packages as it only comes with one). It definitely helped as my hoarseness became better and my throat felt less 'cloggy.' Using it isn't fun - you have to lean over the sink, put the nozzle to one nostril, turn your head to the other side, squeeze the bottle, and let it drain out of the other nostril, then repeat the other side. Keep your mouth open during this! Blow your nose afterwards but gently. Use sterile water - very important! Don't over-use. I'm going to switch to one time a day for 2 days maybe, then maybe once a week, at least until symptoms are much better or gone. But it did help! I don't like that they instruct to toss the bottle after 3 months - more in the landfill. Maybe better, if you use these regularly, to purchase something that can be reused over and over, over a long time. But for short-term use, it's okay. Don't put it in the dishwasher; wash by hand.

Best out of 4 products
This can very well be a must have item in your medicine cabinet. It is easy to use while being very effective, should you choose to make it pressure water in and then use a little suction by releasing the squeeze of the bottle. It is more comfortable with the water being at a slightly elevated temperature. I have tried other similar products and they all seem ridiculous compared to this simple product.

Simple to use. Best in the market.
I tried a few different models and this is the simplest and the best. Very easy to use and clean. Soft plastic is easy to squeeze. You don't have to lift the bottom up, it basically sucks from the bottom as you squeeze. This also use at least 90 percent of the solution out of the bottle which is great. It's a little expensive for a plastic bottle but at least it's a one time purchase and you know you're getting the best. By the way, it says you need to replace the bottle every three months. Personally, I think this is a marketing gimmick. I intend to use it longer for sure. I bet it won't melt or make me sick :)
