Everything I dreamed they would be...<3
I have wanted a pair of these indoor Mundial's for a few years, but couldn't justify paying $100 for them. Found them on Amazon (very unexpectedly I might add) for about $75 as compared to Sambas (which rose up to about $70 on avg) so I decided to go for it. I always bought sambas with the shorter tongue in the past because they were cheaper and still extremely comfortable, but I like these even more! My foot feels closer to the ground than I expected. They seem to have a bit of "boost technology-esque" padding underneath, so i thought they would stand a little high off the ground, but they are fairly low. Which I love because I don't feel like I'm going to twist my foot playing soccer.I also love the kangaroo leather. Can't beat it. They are so comfortable and durable. Additionally, I use them most often as everyday shoes, but sometimes I go play pickup soccer or futsal in them and they work fantastic. The grip on the bottom is excellent and the touch on the ball is sublime.Only thing I'll say is the tow box feels a little spacious, though I have a fairly narrow foot so it might just be average and comfortable for most people. If I buy these again I will buy a half size down just to make the toe box a little more snug, because the leather stretches and morphs to your foot over time. So if I got a half size down I bet they would be a tad snug at first but then would stretch and conform perfectly to my foot.

Great fit, nicely comfortable, good quality
I'm using these for casual wear, so can't comment on on-field performance. These fit very well out-of-the box. The leather upper is soft and flexible, and the shoe seems to be "normal" in terms of width. For my foot, and given the size I ordered (I have a wider forefoot than most for my foot size and usually have to get a 1/2 size bigger to accommodate), they are slightly large, and using the additional lace hole and thicker sock helps alleviate most of the slipping. If these were made in an E width, I could have ordered my actual size and they'd likely be spot on. If you are using these for actual play, they should run true-to-size and fit "just right" - not glove tight.Relative to cushioning, there is very little - the shoes are meant for indoor soccer, where one is typically on the forefoot, so heel cushioning is very stiff. This does not bother me in the least as it is expected. Otherwise they are very comfortable to wear and use in a casual manner. Can't beat the classic Adidas style of course!

This shoe is perfect for court sports or fitness training.
I have been wearing this shoe for at least 15 years. I find a pair lasts through at least five years of constant use, including leisure wear. The manufacture and quality of the shoe has remained constant during that time. This shoe is perfect for court sports or fitness training. It features good lateral support, and has a good striking surface for soccer. I tried two pairs of Nike lightweight trainers, and both wore out after six months of regular use - lateral support was the first to go. The Copas are not the lightest court shoe, but light enough, and very stable - you can plant and cut with confidence. When I wear them to work (a business casual environment) , they always attract compliments. A word about the kangaroo leather. Because the animal is a charismatic megafauna (i.e., "cute"), they have been the subject of moral grandstanding import and export bans. This is nonsense - kangaroo is not threatened, and they deserve more or no less protection than any source of natural leather. The leather is remarkably strong, flexible and light, which is why it has been preferred for sports shoes for at least 100 ears.

Great shoe, bought two...but...
I'm impressed with the quality and fit of the Adidas Mundial Goal...with a couple exceptions. They run big and the suede flap on the front starts to peel on the ends. I initially bought a pair of Mundial Turf shoes for my son on the advice of his soccer coach. The turf shoes were very well made and really helped his heel pain. I then bought him these Mundial Goals for wearing off the field. They were nice enough that I bought myself a pair also. The kangaroo leather is possibly the nicest I've seen on a shoe. We've had Sambas for years, and these shoes are much nicer and more comfortable. They run at least a half size too big though, so order smaller. One big difference between these and the Mundial Turfs (other than the studded sole on the Turf) is that the Mundial Goal has a flap of suede that goes around the front of the shoe. This is a poor design and the ends of the flap started coming off quickly. The Mundial Turf has rubber on the front and is more durable. I was able to re-glue the flap easily using some silicon glue (liquid nails), and you can't detect the repair, but for the price and brand, I'd expect then to have a better design and not come apart. Other than that, it's a great shoe. The flap is the only reason for less than five stars.

Comfort and Quality!
I had Sambas when I was younger, but my arches have fallen since then. The Sambas have high arches, making them unbearable to wear. When I discovered the Mundial Goals, I was extremely happy with their comfort, and, over the course of 2-3 years of near-daily wear, their endurance! I was hesitant to purchase shoes over the internet, but I replaced my original Mundial Goals with these, and they did not disappoint. Straight out of the box, the fit was great and they were very comfortable. I know they will only become moreso with wear, as the kangaroo leather molds and stretches to conform to the shape of my feet. It should be noted that I have wider-than-average feet, but Adidas shoes have always fit me well. Can't say the same for Nike, as they tend to run narrower. These would have arrived on time (Prime 2-day shipping) if not for a UPS goof, so I can't knock the seller for that.
