Best option if you're looking to spend less than $150
I have dozens of scope mounts, from $28 ebay mounts, to a couple Nightforce XD ultralight Unimounts for my high end rifles. This is my second SSALT mount, and upon receiving it I realized I had forgot how amazing the quality of this mount really is. I purchased my first one many years ago, and kinda spaced it since that rifle has been at the back of the safe for a while... Had I remembered this mount was so good it would likely be on all the rifles I've scoped over the last several years. I honestly don't think I could justify even buying an American Defense mount over this one. The quality, fit, and finish is that good, and when you factor the price it's just a no Brainer. Now that I remember how nice these are (doh), I'll definitely be buying only these going forward, unless I'm after the utmost precision, by which I'll be sticking to the Nightforce offerings because they're basically perfect.Damn... I'm kinda wanting to switch out some of the cheaper mounts that I have on plinking rifles now. Does this hobby feel like an addiction to anyone else..? ;)

Solid Mount
This mount is hardcore. I've shopped for, examined, and used about five different offset AR riser mounts like this one, and this one is hands-down the best. Yes, it's made in China, and I'm not happy about that, but it's excellent quality. It also doesn't have QD swivels, but I don't care because I don't swap optics on my rifle in the field anyway.I like the versatility of being able to use this same mount with either 1-inch or 30mm scopes (I'm currently using mine with an SWFA SS 30mm 6x). I also like the use of six ring screws rather than two or four. It provides for a more secure fit without having to apply as much torque to each screw (the last thing you want to do is strip a screw into the mount). The mount is heavy because it's beefy. I'm using mine on a .308 so I'd prefer to go a little on the rugged side. If you want to go a little more svelte, the Nikon offset AR riser mount is another good choice. But I'm keeping this bad boy and will probably order another for another rifle build.

SWFA's S.S.A.L.T. 30mm Scope Mount is great quality and value for the price.
This SWFA S.S.A.L.T. 30mm scope mount worked perfectly with my Sightmark Photon XT night vision rifle scope mounted to my PSA .308 caliber AR. No loss of zero after firing 30 rounds of 147gr NATO spec. ZQI .308 ammo. Quality materials and manufacturing. Price was very competitive and I believe I even got free shipping. That's hard to beat. Delivery was fast. No complaints.

This is a very well made scope mount for the money , I know I said I only have dnz scope mounts on all my guns , and I do expect one my s&w ar15 because of the price of the mount the dnz is like $125 dollars something around that price at the time I couldn't afford it so I bought this and I have no regrets it's a good scope mount , bug for regular game reaper scope mounts from dnz that's all I will use

Good mount for the money
Appears to be a well made mount. For the “money”it’s probably the best out there.

Very strong and sturdy mount
This is a good item its strong, sturdy and easy to install. My only problem with it is the height. Once its mounted I needed a very high cheek piece.

Solid mount
Good solid mount. It has been mounted on rifle for over a year and has not shifted or needed any adjustment. I don't abuse my equipment but I go to range at least twice a month so the there is a lot of loading, traveling, toting, shooting and cleaning. With that much handling things get dropped, bumped and knocked around just as normal life of any well used piece of equipment or tool would. Finish is still like new. I had it mounted by an experienced gunsmith and checked once after a hard fall, still right where it was supposed to be.
