- *Warm the milk gradually to 35°C/90 °F on low heat, THIS IS IMPORTANT! First dissolve the mix in 30 ml of non-chlorinated water and then add to the milk mixing for 1-2 minutes.
- *Will work on any type of fresh milk. Each sachet contains 5g of mix | Use each sachet for 50 L of milk or less
