goes in wood great.
used them on a project i was working on and they did good until you got into something hard and the star head would strip and you could not drive them in or back them out, not all them but some of them. it was like they were to soft.

They work
Myself and a couple buddies put up about 1200 sqft of Hardie panel under a deck, these were 4x10 sheets. I bought 3 tubs of these screws. The only time we broke one was because we tried to drive into knots. We drove lots of screws and only had 3-4 break. I think we had one or two that had buggered heads that didn't accept the Torx bit. Am satisfied customer.

Exactly as described. High quality and a very good price.I normally try to purchase at local businesses to support them and don't mind paying a little extra to keep it local. But my local lumber yard want $115 for the same thing. Don't mind keeping it local but don't like getting gouged.

Unlike any coated screws I have tried they do not corrode in the preasure treated lumber.
Strong but not brittle.They self start without pre drilling in most cases. Have never broken the head off one of these even using 20volt impact driver.Unlike similar square drives they do not round out.After driving many hundreds of these in pt 2x6 decking have had no problems and will continue using them as long as they are available AFB
