Mekanik Serpentine Belt Tool Compatible with Mini Cooper

Manufactured to the wrong dimensions, so doesn’t fit as intended. I modified it to fit as I couldn’t wait for a different one to be delivered

I needed to change the idler pulley on my r53 Cooper S and the job looked straightforward enough, I just needed a belt tool. This one is competitively priced, good quality, and arrived the next day - happy days.

Did the job, not quite as expected.The round nut locator hole does not line up with the pins. You will need to engage the pins first and just go with where the rest of it sits, worked for me but maybe not to everyone's taste

Fits perfectly and does the job. I don't get all the bad reviews, they are obviously using it incorrectly. If you use it properly, it works.

Used the tool to remove belt and lock tensioner did exactly what it should

The pins don’t line up properly and don’t go in far enough. it’s a very fiddly and unsafe fit.it slipped twice.but I had no choice but to use it. it did the job in the end.

The measurement defiantly aren't right. Doesn't sit on the nut used for leverage correctly and just slips off. Just avoid and pay for a decent one.

Fits well made the job easy have to play with the locking pin but once you understand how it goes it was very easy
