Since our immune system thrives or suffers in our gut having quality gut bacteria is essential to quality health. This is a good start. I have been pleased with the results since I started taking SuperBio. The capsules are very easy to swallow...I take them around the time that I start my morning workout, as I drink plenty of water while doing that. I haven't yet poured the contents into a drink, as I mostly drink water, but having the ability to do that defintely makes them more versatile.The product is a cost-effective way to get the benefits of prebiotics and probiotics, and I'm happy with the digestion-related benefits since I started!
