Money well spent
Not difficult to assemble. Takes two people around an hour. Warms up quick, around 10-15 minutes. Gets up to 150ยฐ . You can feel the deep penetrating heat all over, absolutely love it. Best 3 grand I've invested to have a sauna in our spare bedroom. Beautiful wood design. Nice lighting and radio is decent.

Great sauna for reasonable price
We use it every other day for about 2 months now, and we love it! We used to use a traditional sauna for years and were concerned first that the temperature wouldnโt be high enough for sweating - but 150F is more than enough for us. Perfect size for 2 persons, and even sound system is good enough to enjoy movies while sweating. Would definitely recommend this product to everyone looking for infrared home sauna. Assembly required 2 persons and approximately 40 minutes only.

Great price for a high-quality 4-person IR sauna
The seller provided great communication after I placed the order. They accurately described shipment timing for delivery from California to my east coast location. They also provided carrier tracking and contact info when that became available. The sauna arrived in perfect condition in 3 boxes shrink-wrapped onto a small pallet (fyi, the buyer must dispose of/recycle the pallet). When unpacking the well-packed boxes, I noted that there were some thin fiber board pieces in the box containing the sauna top. Though these might seem like packing material, they should not be discarded, as they are dust covers that will be placed on the sauna top. The front and back walls of the unit are on the heavy side. My install location is in the basement so, to reduce the weight of the front side wall, I removed the tempered glass door, using one of the provided hex wrenches to remove the 4 hinge screws. To get the front and back wall sides down the basement stairs, we had to slide each wall side down the stairs at an angle. Thought I'd mention this for anyone looking at a 4-person sauna who needs to deal with stairs with limited headroom. The weight of these 2 walls is not prohibitive but, given their dimensions, a reasonable amount of muscle is required to navigate stairs safely. Setup was fairly easy and, for the most part, the manual provided an intuitive flow. Electrical connections are labeled nicely. The only vaguery was in placement of the floor heater section. The floor area between the bench heater wall and the front wall is wider than the floor heater panel and the instructions aren't clear on where to place the panel. I centered the floor panel between the bench heater wall and front wall, then screwed the panel down. Other than that, the walls and interior pieces fit together well after some minor alignment adjustments. The corner clips hold the walls together very well. Once it was built, the sauna powered up and all of the remote and panel controls worked perfectly. I was able to Bluetooth-sync the speakers with a nearby Fire TV. Sound from the sauna speakers was great. I mounted the AM/FM antenna on the sauna top frame and, even in the basement, got 6 FM channels with relatively clear signal. The sauna heats up very quickly, taking about 20 minutes to reach 140. My wife and I have each used it 3 times since and are very impressed with the sauna's quality. Very happy with this purchase and the service we received from both the seller and the carrier. Kudos!

Nice Sauna But Could Be Improved
Delivery: The sauna was delivered quickly after ordering it. The product arrives in three boxes on a pallet which the driver was nice enough to place in my garage. You need two people minimum to move the boxes to the installation location. Assembly: The instructions were easy enough to follow. Just take your time and make sure the parts are facing the right direction. It shouldn't take more than an hour or so. I was able to move each panel into position on the base by myself but needed another person to hold them in place while I attached the latches. The bench needs to be screwed into one of the other parts and on one end the screws would not properly attach. Access to one of the holes was blocked by a piece of wood coming out of the back panel. Connecting the power cables is easy and straightforward. Just make sure they are pushed through the holes in the top properly before you finish the assembly of the top panels. I was able to move the unit around by myself on my carpeted floor, but you will want to have access to all sides (with a ladder) while assembling the sauna so that you can screw the ceiling to the sides properly. Once it is assembled you can move it into position. Make sure you leave enough space between the wall and the sauna to access the plug and outlet. The manufacturer recommends unplugging the unit when it is not in use. I had an electrician neighbor install the 20 Amp 120-volt outlet needed to power the sauna. You do need a special outlet and the sauna comes with instructions and pictures of the outlet that will work with the plug, as well as the recommended dedicated 20 Amp circuit. Using the Sauna: The MP3 Player/Radio is a real disappointment. A cheap unit with almost illegible directions (translation and size of the font). It comes in a box that you have to attach near the ceiling or you'll have a hole in the ceiling of the sauna. I could not get the Bluetooth to connect to my iPhone. The radio works, but who listens to the radio these days? The unit takes a while to heat up. The panel will let you set the temperature up to 150 Fahrenheit, but the maximum temperature I have been able to achieve with it is 148 degrees. It briefly hit 150 but fluctuated back down to between 146 and 148. Not that I can really tell the difference in a couple of degrees. I purchased the 4-person sauna and four people will fit if you don't mind sitting shoulder to shoulder and touching each other. I will only ever have one or two people in and it is quite comfortable. I purchased the backrests which allow me to stretch out on the bench. I like the changing colors interior light feature, but you can set it to one color or just turn off the light completely. I've been able to work up a nice sweat with this sauna. It would be nice if it could get hotter but it does the job and the price is good (note: I would happily have paid more for a unit with a decent sound system).

Easy assembly
This sauna arrived undamaged and the hardest part of the assembly was getting it into the right room. The actual assembly went very well with no tools needed to get it together in about an hour. You need 2 people to get the job done. The function so far has been very good, with getting a temperature in the mid 140โs or more with about a 25-30 minutes warm- up. This seems to be a higher temp. than most of the other infrared saunas I have heard and read about can reach. The quality of wood seems good as well as the overall construction.

Issues with Infrared Saunaโs Wooden Floor Panel
I purchased this home infrared sauna on September 1st and started using it in October. Overall, Iโm satisfied with its performance and benefits. However, within less than a month of use, I encountered an issue: during one session, as I stepped on the heated wooden floor panel, one of the wooden slats, which is attached to the heating element, shifted and caused instability, almost making me lose my balance. Given that Iโm 5โ3โ and weigh 110 pounds. Additionally, I would recommend having two or three people to help with moving and assembling the sauna. I live on the second floor, so moving it was quite challenging. The installation process itself took about an hour. Despite this issue, the sauna has been great in other aspects.
