I often have a hard time to fall asleep at night unless I really tire my eyes out for hours, but when taking unisom at least 30min before my desired time to sleep I easily and deeply fall asleep. So deep, I was able to sleep for 12 straight hours which was a total miracle for me since I'm really a light sleeper. I'm not sure if unisom is addictive but to be on the safe side, I take it only on the weekends. Personally, I haven't experienced any negative side effects, no headaches, etc. Just a bit drowsy upon waking up but would quickly disappear once I get up from my bed and start moving.Personally, I prefer the bottle type than the blister pack because I find it hard to pop out the capsule.

Gets me to sleep in under a hour. Very strong so i had to pierce it to sleep 6 hours instead of 12.

I recommend it I checked it and if it worked I used it and allegories disappear and I stopped using it and they came back

this product had no effect on my ability to sleep. i was up for 5 or hours after i took it.
