Its not working on pimples as said. highly disappointed with the purchase.

Yes, it DOES work! I don't know how this product works, but as others also attest, it does do the job.No stinging, burning, etc., just be sure to follow directions and you WILL get quick results. Not greasy; not drying to your skin. Seems to soak right in, and no detectable scent.Dunno why, but suddenly at the grand old age of 62, I developed a crop of pimples cease-fire, worse than anything I'd experienced ever in my teens. Why?No earthly idea. Hadn't changed a thing in my grooming routine, but all of a sudden, I was like 13 or 14 years old again, with the face spots to prove it, and some of them were truly zingers.A week of this product, and all was good again. Whew!Only complaint is the shape of the jar it comes in. Sometimes, due to the smooth, rounding shape of the jar, it was difficult to open. No major distress, just a minor frustration when already pressed for time.But YES! It works -- beautifully.

Not effective for stubborn, cystic acne. Possibly for less severe acne. Did not irritate my skin but just did not work.

Don't normally write reviews, but this product is awesome. I get these weird breakouts post partum and this is the only thing that minimizes the bumps. I've literally tried everything from facials to a dermatologist. This has worked great for me. Yes it's expensive, but lasts a long time. Will buy again.
