Strong White Bread Flour 3kg

I'm just a home baker and since the lockdown have been unable to get bread flour from my regular supermarket. Due to the shortage of delivery slots, making my own bread has been essential. Husband and I are pensioners and this costs a bit more than I'm happy with, but I must admit the results are impressive. I occasionally make sourdough and this flour has given me the best starter ever, and the best loaves I've ever made.

This is a professional flour. Its very good but I didn't realise it needed a flour improver. Makes beautiful bread when you use the improver. Quick delivery and well packed.

It was just what I wanted but unable to find in a reasonable size.Well packaged, arrived sooner than expected and good product. Has made brilliant pizza dough and bread.

Good grade flour which has proved to make good bread

This made a really delicious bread. I mixed it with wholemeal bread flour (4 parts white to one part wholemeal) and got a really great loaf every time.

Arrives promptly, good value texture and flavour

Great flour makes good bread but very expensive.Only bought it because of lockdown.But hey it got me out of a spot so good job

I never used a bread improve and my bread turned out just perfect. It's the only flour I will be using from now on.
