This product states in the title that it is an OEM product. Unfortunately, I did not take a photo of the box it came in nor save it. This is my third Norelco shaver and I have typically just purchased a new model from the big warehouse membership store once the extra set of replacement blades gets dull. This time I decided to save some money since I was just wasting a good razor each time.I looked around for what I thought was a "too good to be true" deal of two sets of "OEM" blades. I should have known when the packaged arrived. I opened it up to find the box was a barely legible Philips Norelco blade box. It looked like it had been reused 100 times for shipping or had sat outside in the sun for years and hand taped closed with scotch tape. I opened it up to find the two sets that looked perfectly new. Opened up one and replaced my blades. Upon using them, found that all they did was pull hair my face and was very uncomfortable. Was worse than the blades I replaced and unfortunately, I had already thrown the older set in the trash.I tried it multiple times and could not bare it anymore as all it did was pull your hair. Luckily I had the old model that I had from two years ago in the back of the bathroom cabinet. I charged it up and that one even works better than this "new" "OEM" replacement. Did not even waste my time opening up the 2nd set to try them.If I could, I would give this zero stars! Do not buy this product!

Don’t waste your money. I bought these and the old ones I took out still gave me a closer shave than these do. I was trying to save some money, but next time I will buy the brand name blades.Update. After using. These blades for a month or so, (because I didn’t want to buy more new ones), I find that they work better than I previously said. Maybe my face had to get used to them or something. I originally gave them 1 star but I am changing my review to a 3 star now.

I've purchased the "brand" name replacement shaver heads two or three times. I went out on a limb and bought these non-brand name heads. Immediately I have no more annoying tugs/pulls on my face by a dull shaver head. I've had this set of three in for about a month and they have not degraded at all. I believe they are staying sharper longer than the "OEM" brand-name shaver heads. I will definitely order again next year.

What can I say...it's a replacement head for my Norelco. Not as close as a blade, but I have weird skin and get cut more times than I care to count. So I thought I'd try the cordless Norelco. Still end up using the blade to finish the job. Does that fact tell you what I really think?! But the price grabbed me.-PJ

it should have come with picture instruction on installation. I am 75 years old we need a little extra help. They should be large enough to read easily .

Was unhappy with how well these cut until I discovered a plastic cover stuck to each head. Removed and 100% improvement in shave. This was not mentioned in any instructions or comments.

1st usage it seems the lift in the "lift and cut" was a little rough as it seemed to snag more than cut. 2nd usage much, much better. I'm happy with purchase.

The delivery time was exceptional. Awesome.I think they dont quite cut like a recall when the the shaver was new.
