A Mother's Love: The Story of the Midnight Angel - A Children's Picture Book about Parental Love - Great Gift for Mom or Grandma for Mother's Day, Grandparent's Day, Valentine's Day, or Birthday

I bought this for one of my best friends who passed away and left behind her 2 boys, in hopes that this can help over time remember that there beautiful mom is still watching over them.

Sweet story and great perspective.

The shape of the book. A little awkward to hold.

With a title like that, I had higher expectations that the book would be super duper cute. I feel like the book is more about everything a mom does when everyone else is asleep, but that, in my opinion, doesn't sum up everything about a mother's love. This may seem like a harsh review, but I bought it without reading it first and just wanted to be honest about my slight disappointment. It's not as sweet as I expected it'd be with that title.

This book is definitely an “Awe.”

Great book! My 2 year old didnt really understand but my 4 year old better understand and he was amazed like moms really do all that at night 😂.I definitely can see how it could work for older kids as well since it's written in a poem like form

This book is really magical and read it before bed to your kids, I've loaned it out to friends and they have gotten their own copies for them selves. This book is a must have. Love it

This book was recommended on a book list for young children, but I was very disappointed in the content. It talks about the mom being an angel staying up all night doing housework, and the dad gets one page to fall asleep on the couch in front of his laptop. I found it sexist against dads AND moms for stereotyping roles of housework. The dad in our house does majority of the cleanup at night and spends tons of time with the babies.
