No plastic case like the photo here, just taped together.
It is strong enough and easy to work with but it did not come with the plastic case pictured here, it was simply bound together with insulation tape. When you remove the insulation tape the strapping rapidly springs into life, take care you don't shred yourself as the edges are razor sharp.

Did exactly what's expected.
Bought a small 3m roll. The material is strong enough to hold some misaligned wooden fence posts back together, yet soft enough to cut easily with my pair of snips. I used the bigger central holes to put the screws through. Job's a good 'un.

do as not come in a plastic case mons came in two pieces taped with clear tape. not ideal for people of post!!!

Don't expect a reel holder.
I got this mainly for the pictured reel holder and dispenser as the actual metal reel can be bought cheaper elsewhere. All I received was a reel of metal and some black tape holding the reel together.Very much not as advertised.
