I have a pedestal sink, in our 1/2 bath. so it has no storage underneath and the countertop of it is very limited and slanted. So most soap dispensers just kept falling in the sink thanks to my kiddos. this was a SIMPLE and SMART solution. I just found a stud, marked the holes, mounted it, and slid the soap dispenser on and filled it up. i am not a handy sort of lady, but this was really easy to do. ZERO complaints so far besides not buying one of these sooner. Is it the most fashionable soap dispenser? No. but it's practical, works well, and you probably need to fill it once or twice a year! one less chore for me to keep track of is a win in my book :)

I ordered this. Attached it to the wall. Filled it with Dial brand liquid hand soap. Pushed the button 100 times. Nothing. I then emptied and rinsed out all the residual soap and filled it with water. Pushed the button 100 more times. Still nothing. Then I completely disassembled the pump mechanism, cleaned all the parts and reassembled. Still nothing. I believe either the internal spring that holds the small ball bearing is too strong to allow to ball to move to allow liquid into the pump chamber, or the plug at the back of the pumping mechanism doesn't seal properly and allows allows liquid to flow back into the main reservoir instead into the pump chamber when the button is pressed. Overall a horrible pump design in a decent looking package. Nevertheless, this thing is completely useless.

I ordered this soap dispenser for my restroom, along with some other more "commercial" type items. I appreciate the convenience of these as I can continue to refill with any type of soap or lotion I like, and do not have to refill for quite some time. In addition, it is helpful for portion control (a must-have feature for goods in my home since my children know no boundaries, lol). The unit mounts easily and comes with all necessary hardware; however, I do not recommend using the adhesive strip. If you want this to stay in place with optimal use/longevity, I highly suggest using the actual hardware (screw it into the bracket).Soap dispenses fairly easily, but I have noticed over time that some dripping does occur. It's not too big a deal, wipe the soap down every so often , and perhaps also stir the soap occasionally if the space this is in does not see frequent use (to avoid the soap drying out/coagulating). The push button release is simple and effective with minimal pressure applied (even my three year old does this easily). This really saves money over time as well, since you may purchase refills in larger bottles less expensively, and they last for a long while! These are perfect for company, and keep the germ sharing to a minimum! Very happy with this unit, and would certainly give the thumbs up.

Works great. Stays on the wall and no leaks! Completely happy with this purchase. Using this for 3 months in a business that sees 5-20 people a day, no problems.The directions included do say to only use liquid soaps with no scrubbing agents or pumice, which will clog and start leaking from the dispenser. It attaches to the wall with a square of double-stick padded tape on the back. I was worried according to other reviews that it wouldn't hold up, but I haven't had any issues! Only slight issue... It's a little slow to dispense so people tend to grab some of the soap and let the rest drip to the counter. I would assume this is an issue anywhere with any dispenser of this quality though.

I wish I had paid more attention to the size. It's rather small for the space. We ordered multiples for the building and some of them leak/drip from the dispenser hole. (2 leak/drip out of 8). But it does the job and it looks decent; is very easy to fill and use.

This has been a welcome addition to the utility sink in my garage, making it quick and easy to clean up after working on the car. It is easily filled, and reliably dispenses liquid soap. The nozzle tends to get gummy with use as there is always a drop of liquid soap left that tends to dry on the nozzle. A quick wipe with my finger clears it and it is good to go for many more hand washings. The kit includes mounting hardware, although I replaced the included mounting screws with expanding wall anchors so that it would not ever pull loose from the sheet rock.

Sorry but I don't know why we have had such bad luck with this item - both times the adhesive gave way - I am sure the product is good but even with following the instructions the entire unit came off the wall and shattered. Not good.

After you dispense some soap the dispenser leaks for quite awhile, dripping soap all over the counter.

its cracked, but still usable, i mounted it anyways, its for a kitchen and no one will admire it anyways, but it requires better material or packing to avoid someone else getting a crack item

Leaks but decent for value.
