I really these vitamins a lot. They have 60 in the bottle with 100 mg green tea a day. I feel like I have a lot more energy when I take only one a day. I like to take my pill with food. I take my pill in the morning. It is a veggie caps. It is also High Potency. Love it! I see it is packed with a bunch of vitamin and minerals and antioxidants my body needs. I am on my second order of High Potency: All Natural Brain Function Multi Vitamins. After I started using this product I immediately noticed my energy levels rise and I wasn't getting as tired throughout the day, also I was/am having better daily workouts. I am glad I found this product :) The product is as advertised and was delivered quickly. I have zero complaints. I rate this product a much deserved 5 out of 5 starts.

My concentration may have improved slightly, I am not sure. I think one's biochemistry and diet has to be a match/fit to get the full effect. However, at the end of the day, the ingredients on the label are all good for the brain. Thus, as a supplement, I am sure they are good for mental health.

It arrived yesterday and I took the first capsule today. I would be lying if I said that I didn't notice any difference. I was more motivated and less sleepy like I used to be. I also felt more focused on my studies. It sure works. This potent a product at this low a price is a GREAT deal.

Good. But not enough capsules in the bottle for the price. Why was the sticker stuck to the bottle and not added to the ingredients on the bottle?hmm

Great pills. Wish they either came in a much smaller bottle (responsible packaging) or doubled the pills in the bottle. Could almost fit 3x the pills in this bottle

I don't like the feeling i got taking High Potency, and good thing i only took 1 pill. It may have not worked for me, doesn't mean it wouldn't work for someone else.

I have noticed a little more energy and I’m able to fight the flu a little better. I wish the product gave instructions on how much to take. Overall I’m pleased and will purchase it again.
