Poor sound quality
The phone looks quite nice but thats where it ends. The buttons have a cheap feel to them and the menu systems is not the easiest to use. The hands free volume is also quite low.The main issue was that when playing back the outgoing message I recorded, there was a very load crackiling noise. I swapped over the phone cable (Althought I shouldnt need to on a new phone), but it still didnt work.On a plus side, I spoke to Amazon via their webchat and they arranged a retruns label immediatley.
