SC Johnson Fine Wood Paste Wax, 16 Oz-2 Pk

Used it for many years. Can’t beat it. But, after a couple of times I figured a small investment in a buffer would save a lot of time and pain.

Before buying this I asked if it was a carnauba wax. Witness 22 posted it was pure carnauba. It isn't, it says on the can it is a blend of waxes. Before you post a review be sure you know what you are talking about. Anything less than that says you are either stupid, deceitful or a jerk. Review posting should be done from knowledge to help other buyers. With that said, the wax is a good wax and works well. The smell is a little strong and smells like mineral spirits. The price is right.

Bought this to make it easier to slide the drawers in my antique bedroom furniture. It works as intended. I took a star off because of the smell.

Works good used on my machinery all the time but for some reason Lowe’s and Home Depot or out of it if you buy it on Amazon you will pay a lot more

The smell is a bit unpleasant however one day of smell is a small price to pay for the shine it gives my 90 year old wood floors. Use a buffing machine.

I use this to wax and waterproof the steel and cast iron parts on all my woodworking tools. It is also good for a quick finish on shop made jigs, handles, etc. It has almost unlimited uses around the shop. I wouldn't want to be without it.
