I exercise frequently, and have the tops that allow you to insert padding for extra coverage. The pads wear quickly, but the tops are still in good shape, and these are the perfect pad replacements for them! They do NOT push up though, they simply protect from any "show through" you may have in that area. If you have tops with smaller areas to add an insert, I recommend getting the "minis" in the same brand as they are about 3/4 the size as these. These do tend to be slightly larger than I thought, but they still work with most my shirts (some shirts they are too big for the insert area). The price could be a little lower, as they are not that expensive of material. That is the only downside.

These modesty cups are okay, but they are thin. I use them with Ronda Shear's Ahh-Bras and other comfort bras. They are better than nothing, but they do not cover entirely. They hold up well in the washer and dryer when you place them in a garment bag.

I have been wearing these all week under my cotton bra. They don't cover everything 100% at those certain times, but it definitely works for most of the day. They are thin enough to do the job, but not too thick to add bulk. The edges are tapered really nice and because they are bigger than those nipple pasties, you do not see the outline through your shirt. They are comfortable, I don't sweat or feel any hotter than normal, and they help me feel a lot better about the issue. Glad I bought them.

In general, I am pretty pleased with these cups. They are pretty much what I expected, so that was good. I just didn't know that I would need thicker padding for "hiding my issues." That isn't the cups' fault though. I usually have to double them up, so I'm glad they came 4 in a box. The color and shape is fine. I ordered a D/DD but they don't cover everything. You can't tell though, so it's okay. They don't move around too much, unless I am picking my kids up and putting them down a lot. Otherwise they stay put.I think the value was pretty good for what I got, I just wish they were a little thicker and a little larger. Otherwise, just what I wanted.

Firstly, they appeared to be a little on the small side. I wanted a bit more coverage. For the price- well they just didn't seem worth it, so I returned them. I've since ordered Bravo brand foam inserts. Much better price and fits great. Ordered from SwimOutlet.com but can get direct from Bravo website.

Best purchase in a while. Not joking. Some of the reviews here are complaining that these do not increase bust size. The description does not say they do. There is no promise to enhance anything, which is what I liked and what drew me to the product. These are thin, but do hold a rounded shape. They easily slip into your bra. I've worn them all day without thinking of them, which I think will be true if your bra fits well. I find them comfortable and they provide modesty with my unlined, lace bras without adding anything.

I bought these covers for my daughters lacy prom dress... now granted they arrived on time and I don’t mind the box was crushed. However my daughter is a DD and thus I order the D/DD cups—this is why I have a 1 rating. If these are DD’s I’ll put icing on them and eat them like a cupcake. I’m a B cup and they barely fit over my boobs. The entire reason they should fit is to cover the breast. The cost was too expensive to not get the sizing right. Very very disappointing. Wish I could give a better rating.

These Smart Cups Bra inserts are just that...wafer thin bra inserts. They are not breast forms or falsies that would add any significant projection to your bust line. I was disappointed at first upon opening the box. But when I inserted these inserts into my bra cups I found that these wafer thin Smart Cups bra inserts smoothed out the puckers and gaps in my bra cup. They worked for me just fine. Just do not expect to add a cup size or two with these inserts...but then again that is not their purpose.
