Solid craftsmanship and great keyless entry solution
The lock is well built and doesn’t feel cheap. It takes a little bit to get used to the different knob. There are a few things that I wish were better with this door lock. The biggest thing is to be aware of the auto-lock. If it is on and you leave your room without the card, tag, or phone; You will be locked out. The second thing is that you need to press the sensor area before it will read the Rf tag. This is kind of annoying. Finally, their app sucks. Thank goodness it includes the key cards and rf tags. The app takes so long to connect and very cumbersome. It really needs a lot of improvement.Many locks have a proximity sensor to allow the device to unlock when you are close these days. Also, having the rf tags and key cards read without having to press the device would really improve it.Even with those few things, this lock is worth buying to secure your room. It is really simple to install and all pieces are included. You only need a screw driver for it.

I was overall happy with the lock until i forgot the app password.
I'm overall happy with the lock. I do wish the app was better. I was hoping it was more like the Kevo lock where the app runs in the background and the lock just opens without having to take your phone out of your pocket and starting the app. But with this lock you have to start the app to open the lock or you can use the included rfid keycard or keyfob. I use the keyfob instead of the app most of the time.Just a quick update. The lock still works but i had to reinstall the app and forgot the password and found out the only way to reset the password is to send the lock back to them to do it at a $25 cost. They said it's for security but they could have designed a way to reset the lock from the inside side of it, some sort of button in the battery compartment, that would not compromise security. Even bank websites let you reset your password if you forget it. I can still use the RFID cards and keyfobs but the app is useless.So just a word of caution to anyone buying this, Don't forget your password or the app will become totally useless.

It's nothing but junk
It's not what it makes you believe you are getting. It's really only suitable for like bedroom door or other interior doors. It is made very weak and cheap. We never could get the phone app to connect to the lock and none of the chips or cards did anything at all. We are sending it back. It isn't worth the risk. I think someone could easily get past this lock. It's junk

easy replacement for existing door lock
easy replacement for existing door lock, but the included screws for the latch and striker plates are junk pot metal and broke off in the screw holes (used only a screw driver NOT my cordless driver...) Took longer to install, because of having to drill out broken screws :(.Works as advertised otherwise with the key fob and RFID cards included.Could not test the android bluetooth app as it's apparently NOT compatible with my Motorola Droid or Samsung S4 phones.

The product works great! The app is terrible!The lock it’s self works great. But the reason I bought this, was so I could unlock the door using my phone. If that’s your reason for buying it, then don’t! You have to add the device to to app EVERY time you want to unlock it! (very obnoxious) however, if your gonna be using the keycards included, and don’t cair about using your phone. Id say go for it!

Not safe enough as a smart lock
The smart is slim in size but it doesn't have a key. Firstly, in case of running out of the battery, it is locked up and cannot be opened. Secondly, the app got some problems and need to be improved. Thirdly, the front panel is not sensitive enough to activate the Bluetooth of the smart lock. The last one is the customer support that doesn't sound good. Although this lock was successfully funded in KS, it means nothing to a user.
