these shorts are great, super comfortable and light. I did cut the inner net out to make them more comfortable but overall love the color and fit

I dropped some weight so I’ve been downsizing my clothes. I went looking for a smaller size of one of my favorite pairs of shorts and…found them again. These are the same favorites I’ve been using for years. They have been long lasting, comfortable, the right length, a good inner brief that doesn’t wedgie, with a good amount and size of pockets and…ok style. Yeah, not award winning that way but I’m thrilled I have a new right sized pair and was halfway thinking today to buy another pair just to have them.

I LOL’ed after reading the review here complaining about how these running shorts come with built-in “granny panties.” Yes they have a liner, which is built-in underwear. It’s not for everyone. As a runner, I like it because it holds things in place and is chafing-resistant. It also reduces the amount of laundry I have to do (since I don’t need separate underwear for these).I have a 33 inch waist and I found the medium to fit me perfectly. I’m 5’8” and the shorts come to mid-thigh. They are a bit loose which is good because I have a muscular lower body. Suffice to say, I’m pleased with the length and sizing.I run 15-20 miles a week and these shorts will help me achieve my goal in comfort. Thank you, shorts.

The liner and the waist on these shorts fit true to size. The shorts themselves seem to be one or two sizes oversize - very baggy. I wouldn't run in these, the extra fabric would annoy me. For casual wear or just working out they're fine and very comfortable. The fabric of the shorts is extremely light weight.

I got these on sale. Looks nice for workout activity.

I run 4 miles every day, and for my body type, the C9 is the best fitting shorts I own. The liner has improved support over my older pairs, making them more comfortable, and less adjusting needed.

Comfortable running shorts WITH liner that are lightweight and comfortable. However, the zippered cell-phone pocket ridiculously unusable for any modern smart phone. I'll keep these because they are quite comfortable, but they're not usable for running with a cell phone in the pocket.

I've run in several brands of running shorts (ASICS, New Balance, and Road Runner Sports store brand), and the C9 have predictable good quality, fit well, and are attractive- all at a good price.

Nice material. Keep me cool. Fit is a bit on the small side.
