It doesn't expand at the bottom. I, personally, wouldn't put liquid in it. **Q: I need 12" X 18" 3 mil or 4 mil clear zip bags?** A: The ones pictured are 2 mil. **Q: are these type of bags good for preserving OLD documents?** A: I don't want to say yes and then they're not, ruining your old documents. I would say to contact the company that makes them. **Q: It says it is 13x15 but the picture shows it is 12x15. Does anyone know what the true size is? Thank you** A: The size of the bags that I received from the vendor was 13 x 15. I was very satisfied with the purchase. I placed T-Shirts in them for my family reunion. The bags were easy to open, easy to close, and all of the bags were in perfect condition. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Durable, Secure, and Perfect for Organizing Small Items *by M***. on November 24, 2025* These small 3" x 5" iMailer bags are incredibly handy and surprisingly durable for their size.
