The media could not be loaded. So.. I recently discovered my previous beloved sauté pan was composed of teflon. I was soooo bummed because I used it for several meals daily for years. It was my old faithful. After reading about how dangerous PFTE/Teflon is, I did so much research and scouring the internet to find my next non-stick pan set.. this time Teflon free. I read countless pages of reviews for ceramic pans (and have previously owned them and hated them.. especially that you couldn’t use high heat and no oil). I eventually landed on these Goliath ceramic/titanium pans and was so skeptical that they could really be non-stick. My previous experience with anything ceramic has been a scorched and burnt mess that I would hate to clean up. But most of the reviews on here were glowing so I went for it.These pans arrived this morning and I have used them twice today and I am already extremely impressed! The first meal I made was a sauté with coconut oil and veggies/ eggrolls for my partner. Everything cooked really quickly, evenly and glided off the pan as expected. Now, for me, I prefer to cook with very little, or even zero oil if I can get away with it. I just made a basic side dish of roasted corn, and added literally NO oil.. these little puppies glided over the pan NO PROBLEM. not one kernel stuck to the pan after sautéing for ten minutes and left no reside on the pan either. I am so happy to have found a pan set that is safe, healthy, aesthetically pleading and is actually non-stick. I will post a follow-up review in a month or so of use just to make sure these last the test of time and high use. But so far I have high hopes! Fingers crossed!Oh yes, and as far as a down side, as many have noted, the lids totally do get water trapped in the edges big time. So I will try and find a different lid that fits. But oh well, nothing is perfect right?

I love these pans. They are non-stick, easy to clean and more light weight than my old Circulon and Calphalon pans. The listing doesn't have the dimensions so I measured. They are both 10" across the top and are named 10" on the bottoms. The one lid that came in the box fits both. The deeper pan has 3.25" sides and the other has 2.25" sides. These have straight sides (the deeper one has sides a little more perpendicular that the other one). The silver colored bottom is a little larger on the deep pan and it is the part that is most in contact with my glass top stove. In the picture of the bottoms, the deeper pan is the cleaner one.

Easy to clean and a great space saver.

We bought these to replace our old and beat up set of pans that also started to stick...These work great and we can grill meat or fry eggs without any oil or butter.

When I would see them in the "point of purchase displays" next to the cashier in Walmart, I automatically assumed it was a gimmick. "As seen on tv" is typically a turn off. I decided to buy them for the RV, to try out. Typically the food we heat when camping is really quick and easy stuff, so most any pan will do. I decided to try them out in the house after unboxing and washing. Wow! So easy to clean up afterwards! The set now sits in my kitchen cabinet, and the older backup set is now out in the RV. The handle isnt the most ergonomic, and thats probably my biggest complaint. Its just not comfortable to lift.

I bought these a year ago and have used them daily. I never cook above medium heat with them or use metal utensils and have taken really good care of them because I wanted them to last as long as possible.After one year, two of the pans are becoming discolored on the inside in spots like the nonstick coating is about to start peeling off. And I've noticed those faded areas are getting hotter than the rest of the pan. It's really disappointing because I've always bought cheap pans in the past and this time I was hoping for something a little better, but, cheap Walmart pans have lasted me longer than these. The lids are horrible as well. There's a gap between the glass lid and metal edges and bits of food and liquid get between them and is really difficult to get out.I was happy to purchase a Gotham Steel set thinking I was getting something good but in reality, I would've done better buying another cheap Walmart set, very dissatisfied after 1 year of use

I love these pans, nothing sticks and it heats evenly. Everything I've cooked in these have turned out delicious.I love that they're stackable. Keeps them neatly in my cupboard.The only thing I do not like is the handles, they're uncomfortable to hold and the edges on mine are a bit sharp.Other than that, they are fantastic!

Excelente producto.

I wanted a versatile all-in one set for my tiny kitchen and this hit the jackpot. It has everything I needed - induction safe, non-stick (hardly any oil needed even to fry an egg), dishwasher safe, oven safe and stackable, so it takes very less space to store! Only negative I would say is that they are a little too heavy for me to handle sometimes (lol) but that's hardly a flaw. This is a great option for a small/minimalist kitchen.

Nice set, however with my induction stovetop (Miele) I have to make sure it’s on the right size of burner for it to work. It switches on/off if it’s on a burner that is too big. I do not have this problem with my other pots and pans.

Love these frying pans. One is a little deeper which is great . Would buy again
