Very tough to clean after cooking

cook for a crowd with this pan...it fills the entire top of my Weber 22" grill. first cook was carne asada and warmed tortillas around the edge while the meat was cooking. Very heavy duty stainless that cleans up nicely and two heavy rolled stainless handles that stay surprisingly cool under most conditions except when covered with grill lid, as you would expect. Only consideration when you buy it is where will you store it? too big for standard cabinets, so mine goes on the wall...think of it as chef wall art!
