Q: Would a large fit someone with 18" calves?

These were so tight I couldn't even get them on. I'm 5' 7" and 120 lbs. I returned them.

Q: is the white a soft off-white or is it more of a bright fluorescent white?

I have the white and red and the white is just white not something that sticks out. If you went In a black light room the white would stand out. The color is white not a soft off white. It is white

I’m 5’2 and they did on me , hard to stay up though. They kept rolling down on me.

how tall are you? I am 5'8" And from my heel to toe they measure 26". That brings them between my knee and my hip. I can stretch them more if i want but im fine with them being where they are. I hope this helps
