Great product
Bought this in a hurry and thought I'd be ok with it for a quick purchase and figured I'd buy something else a little later but this has worked great and haven't needed to buy another one!

Initial impression...
I just got home and opened the Amazon bag that it was shipped in. The holster was in a clear plastic bag, which wasn’t sealed and right away I noticed a screw just loose in the bag, my initial thought was that maybe they sent some extra hardware. Upon taking the holster out of its bag, I realize that the the screw was one that had fallen out of the holster and held the belt loops on. I found the back half of the screw and was able to reassemble it, as well as tighten the other three screws which were pretty loose. I haven’t even had a chance to test fit the firearm to the holster, but a little disappointed so far.Update: the holster does have a nice, snug fit and feels secure. Just think I’m going to loctite the screws as a precaution.

Good value
Durable, slim fit, and lightweight. The belt loop is a little loose but can easily be switched out, the screws can easily be removed and replaced with clips inside or outside the waistband for a tighter fit. I bought the glock48 early and finding a holster was not as easy as finding one for the glock19. My only complaint with the holster is that it doesn’t have a draw safety. Other than that it’s a good value holster.

Where's Gritr Customer Service?
I'd give the holster five stars but Gritr customer service brings it down to one. Great gun retention, great fit to my waist, nice holster. My first outing with the holster I lost one of the screws. I should of made sure they were tight before I used the holster. My bad. I contacted customer service and told them I would buy the screw and nut and they told me they would ship it to me no charge. Great, although, I never recieved it. Contacted customer service again and the last I heard from Gritr is they would look into it. I guess they are still looking into it. Great holster, absolutely worthless customer service!

Quality at a decent price.
Bought it for my 43X, Nice firm retention although no adjustment, Does everything that my $70 big name holster for my other pistol does. Be forewarned if you aren't already aware, The 48 has a longer barrel so this is a little bigger than a dedicated 43 holster would be. Also, some of the other reviews mentioned loose screws, Mine came in tight but I plan to add blue loctite to them eventually.
