My favorite salt: has a full, rich salty taste with just a touch of sweetness to make the flavor pop. I've had many different varieties of salt, from Himalayan Pink to Maldon Salt to Fleur de Sel from Guerande. As a finishing salt imparting just the right amount of saltiness to meat, vegetables, eggs or whatever, I love this one the most.

I've been using this salt for years but ended up moving somewhere that I could no longer buy it easily. Its a wonderful salt - a little goes a long way so a bag can last a good long time.
