I started with the regular strength formula first. My left knee had become so bad that getting out of bed took 2 minutes. It was stiff, swollen and about an 8 on the pain scale. Never knew what caused it, but I had to do something. On the morning of the 3rd day I would be taking these pills, I was already in the bathroom brushing my teeth before it dawned on me that I got out of bed normally. No stiffness, swelling virtually gone and ZERO pain. Blew me away! About 4 months later, I over did it on the treadmill. Pain in both knees now, for 3 days. The left knee went back to normal by that afternoon. The right knee now had an intense pain behind it in the center and both ligaments were extremely sore. I didn't know that this would last over a month. So, I ordered this triple strength formula. Day 2 had significant reduction in the pain and swelling. I'm writing this review on day 4 and I am happy to report that my walk is almost back to normal. As I did the 1st time, I took double the dosage for the first few days, then just the 3 capsules in the morning. I think I'll just keep using this stuff for a few months. I obviously have some serious damage going on and this stuff really reverses the condition. I am so glad I chose this Vostok glucosamine.

My doc had asked me to take glucosamine for years to help alleviate pain in my hips and knees. I’m jaded on the supplement industry selling you fillers, so I never did. When my senior kitty started walking with stiff legs and would make fewer trips to eat bc he was probably in pain, I didn’t hesitate and followed the vet’s advice to give her the cat version. The next day he was active and since a cat doesn’t know about the placebo effect, I realized it does work with the daily dose. This product is pure, without fillers that cause side effects, and I’m taking it daily. I saw a difference in the gym and my mornings when I had a lightness with the pain gone. Highly recommend it.

Age is one of those inevitable things that happen to everyone. No matter how active you are things start to wear out after time. I am an avid hiker and backpacker and baby my feet, ankles, knees and back. When I started to get some knee "popping" in my left knee at 55, I knew things were starting to wear a bit. When the popping turned to pain during activity, I knew something needed to be done if I was to continue do enjoy the great outdoors.For me, surgery is a last resort so I started to hunt around for a Glucosamine supplement that would take the edge off of the pain that would start in my knee after just 15 minutes on the treadmill. I had tried wraps and compression, but there was still pain until I "warmed up my knee". On a multi-day backpack trip this could be a bit annoying and popping ibuprofen pills is not my idea of a solution.I tried various Kirkland brands of Glucosamine "formulas" without any noticeable improvement. Then I literally "stumbled" upon these little jewels and for the cost, decided to give them a try. I used the 4-pill dosage for a week then went to 3 pills and I have to say that they have definitely helped. They are not a miracle drug. But they have really reduced the pain that would occur in my knee during my daily workouts.Obviously, everyone is a bit different. But for me, these have helped. I am on my second bottle and looking forward to hit the trails this summer.

I have had minor aches and pains for a long time. They seem to have improved with this, but they were not major enough to know for sure. I bought it primarily for my dog. He's getting older and slowing down a bit. He seems to be doing better since I started giving him this supplement but, again, I'm not certain about how effective it is.Update 10/16/23It may just be a coincidence but my dog is a lot more active after taking this for a while. I can't think of another reason for his change. I'll definitely continue to purchase.

I have been suffering with excruciating sciatica pain since March. I have been on prescription nerve-pain medication and it has been a very slow process for the meds to build up in my system before any significant relief has happened. My husband has had pain radiating from his shoulder down his arm due to disc degeneration in his neck. I have to say that since taking your product for approx. 2 1/2 weeks, both of us have had significant relief, some days no pain at all. We both have previously taken Glucosamine w/condroitin alone. I believe that the added ingredients in your product have had a much quicker result in eliminating inflammation of my sciatic nerve, and also my husbands pain. We have been able to resume doing some yard work without feeling any setback of the progress made. We have not yet finished the first bottle, but if we continue to feel so much better, we will be ordering more of your product. Based on this , I will decide NOT to have the steroid injection in my spine, nor will my husband consider the shot in his discs either. Feeling such profound relief so soon, from the intense pain is miraculous. Thank You!

Gave this a two-month trial, but I saw no benefit. Maybe it works for others, but it did nothing for me.
