It arrived July 23rd. I started using that night. I have used it every night thus far. I dab on my brown marks.My regret is NOT taking any before and after pictures. LOVE this. I see a big difference.The brown marks are A LOT lighter than before.So glad I bought this.Because I have tried Aveeno radient ( 2 bottles) ,clinique dark spot remover (2 bottles) Vit c, Dr. Murads dark spot remover and Boots #7 dark spot remover and NONE of them have worked for me.I said that I would try this MD Complete and give up if it does not work.......BUT, wowwww I love this, I do see a big difference.I hope it works for you as it has for me. OH< I only gave 4 stars because I still have some left to use. I'm sure after this week of using I will be ready to rate it a 5...

I like this product because it's is so smooth, after the first use my skin felt soft. I've been using proactive solution for yrs and my skin was still breaking out on occasion.ive been using this product for over a month now and I haven't gotten one pimple. Sometimes I would feel an area where a pimple might be coming and I would apply md complete and it disappears. I wasn't sure if I wanted to try this product because the reviews seem too good to be true as if they were paid reviews but, trust me mine is not. I normally don't write reviews but this time I needed to because I'm sure there others like myself out there whoes searching for a product that works. My skin is looking radiant and soft. Folks ask me on the streets what I use on my face. I even stop wearing make up to cover my acne scars and discoloration now because that's how much my skin has cleared up. Try it, if it's working for me and my problem skin, it can for you. I hope this helps.

I've been using this product since October and see a noticeable difference in dark spots on my face and chest. Some have lightened more than others, but overall I can see that the product is helping fade dark spots from sun damage and acne. I ramped up to using the product twice daily they way they recommend and so never experienced any irritation or sensitivity. I would have given this product a rating of 5 stars but for the color and smell. They could improve both color and smell (not terrible, but could be better/less).

I am a physician, 65 years old. I love this product. It definitely fades dark spots. It does take time for the darker ones. I have some age spots on my hands that I have had for 10 years that have significantly faded, hardly noticeable to others (but those took several months to fade). The ones on the face are nearly gone and did not take as long. For the price, this is amazing. It is very gentle. I have not had any skin irritation and I have sensitive skin. I cannot have any skin product even near my eyes because the evaporation still irritates my eyes but this product has not caused any of that. I am very pleased the MD Complete products are on Amazon now!

It took about a month before I started noting a difference, but after about 6 weeks of constant use (every morning after my shower and in the evening when I remember), I can really see a HUGE difference! I have been using this cream on an "age spot" hyperpigmented spot on my forearm, as well as on my face, to gauge how well it works. The spot on my arm is very noticeably lighter. Not completely gone, but a lot lighter. I've followed the included instructions for my face to start off using it every other day, so have not noticed as much a marked improvement, but I will update this review in a few weeks!

It could be my complexion and not the product ... I really don't know! I have "wasted" my money on several expensive lasers in the past to remove the brown spots on my forehead, only to see them come back. Never again. I have used this product for only about 2 weeks, and I have already seen substantial improvement. I would also strongly recommend the MD sunscreen. A friend recommended it to me, and it's also an excellent product. It has 10.5% zinc oxide, so it ACTUALLY works/protects, but it does not leave your face white and ghostly looking.
