This is the only product available that offers a 15mg tablet of menatetrenone (Vitamin K2 MK4). The successful clinical trials for bone strength and cancer treatment used 45mg/day of menatetrenone ( http://www.nbihealth.com/t-mk7-hip-fractures.aspx, http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/20569983). This is only practical with a 15mg tablet. Vitamin K2 MK7 supplements create higher levels of K2 in the serum and last longer, but don't have a history of successful clinical trials.
