No evidence that these SBB units work at all
I feel a bit guilty saying I hated the product because I never got it. The seller kept saying they sent it and then said they sent a replacement when it was quite apparent from their varying responses that they never sent the item in the first place. Still, I did get what would appear to be an identical unit which when connected to my 2005 Ford Freestar, would not recognize my ECU, and actually acted no differently connected then not connected to my car. None of these are true Silca units but are Chinese knock-offs, and I would be surprised if they do anything other than display a menu. I also discovered, by opening up the unit I finally got that the serial port on the back, supposedly meant to connect to a PC with the included cable, actually was a dummy, with no internal connection.

Counterfeit Item - Fake.
DO NOT BUY THIS! This is a counterfeit item with no functionality. I run a car dealership and this item did not work on one single car that they listed. I opened the case and NONE OF THE CONNECTORS WERE HOOKED UP! Not even cables to hook them to. It's programmed to make you think something is wrong with your vehicle not the SBB. FAKE.

The media could not be loaded. after 18 days mine shows only a green screen and nothing happens after that. :(

EXPENSIVE PAPER WEIGHT
Unit is worthless, does not work with 2003 Ford Windstar.Was sent F/F serial cable, connector on unit is female. This is mute point since connector isn't wired to PCB.

Fortunately for me I was able to program 2 keys ...
After reading all the negative review I didn't have much expectations for this to work on a 2006 mustang I recently purchased. Fortunately for me I was able to program 2 keys for my mustang with ease.
