I bought this thinking it was something "special". You know....other than just sugar! This costs me $14!!! When I opened the package I was in complete disbelief -----I seriously could have just went to Walmart and spent .97 cents for red colored sugar and bought the Wilton's red glitter (food safe) . It wasn't even the nice large sugar crystals..... just crappy colored sugar.......I haven't even bothered with the supposedly glitter stuff. Didn't even use it. Felt like a fool for wanting to buy "special" sugar.. And no I didn't return the item nor did I complain to the seller - it wasn't worth it to make a big deal about it. But I do feel compelled to say the truth about this product and to save anyone else the money. Red decorator sugar crystals are large "crystal" like. This is not!

I purchased this as a gift and it arrived in very unattractive packaging (taped plastic bags). The color is pale not hot pink, so it will not show up brightly in drinks as pictured. Also, the rim sugar was much finer than pictured, so it will dissolve faster on a drink. If I had not needed to give the gift, I would have returned.

It’s only 2 oz, which is like an alcohol nip of sugar. It did the trick and worked nicely for its purpose.

Added glitter to champagne and the substance floated to the top and then clinged to the side of the glass. The Christmas rim was very ugly colors and looked old.. It did not stay on rim. Very upset that I cannot return or replace. This item is TRASH.
