Sugar alcohols
The deceit is that there are sugar alcohols in the product. I bought it because it is sweetened with Stevia. I can't digest sugar alcohols and if I had known I wouldn't have bought it.

Tastes like sugar But no sugar. It's Stevia!!!
This is great little treat when you get the desire for something sweet. I like all the flavors except the one in purple wrapping. I bought three bags and there is only about seven to nine purple ones in each bag, I'm glad about this. Flavors: Blackberry, Strawberry, Lemon, Pear, Orange and Blueberry.

EXCESSIVE CONSUMPTION CAN CAUSE A LAXATIVE EFFECT
Just because this is made with stevia doesn’t mean you can eat 10-20 of them at a time. They still have some sugar alcohols in them, which the body can’t process very well. Don’t buy these in place of other sugar free candies because they are NO BETTER.
