Looks great, easy do-it-yourself project for bathroom or kitchen
Here are a couple of before and after photos. First off I don't believe this is actually a stain per se. What disappears to do is seal the grout as well as gives it a dark black coating. it's possible in time as this stuff sets and drive it could permeate the grout but on the surface it doesn't look like that's the case. I will say however it doesn't really matter to me anyway because after doing the bathroom it looks so good. I went out and bought some run-of-the-mill grout cleaner and a scrubbing-brush before I did anything and went to town on the dirty grout as best I could. Afterwards using a toothbrush head as instructed I went over the grout lines and covered them up to about an eighth of an inch from either side out onto the tile. In the beginning I was trying to wipe it away while it was still a bit wet but what I would suggest is allowing it to sit for about 5 minutes to 10 minutes before touching it so that it settles a little bit in the crevice. it will wipe away relatively easily and it's some point you might need a little bit of elbow grease but it comes up without much trouble. on a scale of 1 to 10 as far as difficulty of a project goes I probably get this a 3, I think anybody with a fourth grade education could probably do this without making any serious mistakes. It did get some much-needed contrast to my bathroom and also hit all of the dirt and debris that typically collects there and makes the bathroom look dirty. My next project is going to be my kitchen, I'm definitely going to use that product there as well considering the results I had with the bathroom.

Covered well
As stated before in other reviews, the application of this stain is time consuming. I personally think the results are worth the time. So, we bought some big box store grout to do our main bathroom re-tile job. The grout was supposed to be medium gray, but dried almost white and had blotches of darker gray in some places. I was not happy with how it looked, especially since this was a brand new installation. I found this product and decided to give it a try. Our tile is a 8x8, matte finish, glazed porcelain. I applied the stain with an artist's brush because we have 1/8" grout lines. I would do about a half dozen tiles and then wipe off any excess with and old flannel rag that was slightly damp and then repeat. I'm attaching pictures of the brush I used and finished grout next to grout yet to be stained. I'm much happier with the way it looks now. I'm hoping that it is durable since this is the bathroom my 16, 17 and 9 year-old will be using.

Worked great!
We recently had our floor tiled and the grout color didn’t turn out as expected. I ordered this grout stain in Expresso to darken the existing grout and it did the trick. It is a thicker paint and I didn’t even use a whole bottle to finish my kitchen floor. I’ve had the grout stained for over a week and it seems to withstand water, dogs, foot traffic, etc. As seen on Google, I used a toothbrush to paint the grout stain into the grout. I used wet wipes to clean excess paint off the tile before it dried. Anyone looking to freshen up or correct a grout they don’t like, I highly recommend.

Grout looks brand new!
I'm really happy with this product! My whole house is tile and was not kept up properly by the previous owners. The grout was a nightmare. Even after heavy duty cleaning the grout was still stained and then from the harsh cleaning product I used, also bleached out looking in other spots. I figured I'd give this a try and it's perfect! It's almost like your painting the grout. I have no idea how it will hold up over time, but for now my floors look brand new!! As a side note, I'm 9 months pregnant and did this, so I have no idea why anyone would say it's difficult to apply? I used a couple cheap tooth brushes from the dollar store and a damp rag to wipe off any sealer that got on the tiles.

Love the result!
This sealer worked very well for me, correcting the appearance of the grout in our shower. Be sure to follow the directions: first clean the grout with a brush and allow it to dry, work the sealer into the grout with a toothbrush, and wipe the excess off the tile fairly quickly before it dries. As with any home improvement project, it helps to take your time and pay attention to detail. I missed cleaning a few spots, but a plastic scraper and scrubby sponge took care of the excess. Seems like a superior product, and I hope it lasts!

If you follow the directions, this works great and is easy to use.
I have used this product in two colors. I found it is best to use a narrow toothbrush to apply in small areas at a time. I found, by trial and error, that a damp paper towel or cloth works great to clean off excess. It does not disturb the color on the grout if you carefully only clean the tile and not the grout with the damp towel. Make sure the towel is not wet, only moistened. I'm thrilled with this product. The house I recently purchased is virtually all tile and the grout was 3 different colors. This product has solved my problem and made the grout look brand new. The customer service department at Tile Tools HQ was also really attentive to my questions.

If it sounds too good to be true, it is!
This product is quite painful to use. I tried it on a few different grout widths with disastrous consequences. It cannot be easily "wiped off" surrounding tiles as advertised via their YouTube video. When wiped neglible pressure applied, the product is wiped out of the grout channel. If allowed to cure a few minutes, it needs a LOT of effort, choice words, and time to remove. I suppose if painted precisely over your grout it may work well, but for that time investment, I may as well regrout (which is what I ended up doing in this case).

Not impressed.
Found this product messy, very time consuming to use, and not well absorbed by grout even when prepared by hand scraping the grout with a grout saw.
