I am in no way trying to deter anyone else from purchasing this product. Personally, I do not like the flavor, texture, smell and consistency of this product at all. I have purchased various cauliflower rice and even though the smell is not necessarily appealing i’m happy with the overall product. This product is not one I will ever purchase again.

Though not quite the same as eating freshly made riced cauliflower, it is so much easier! First of all, you don't have to rice the cauliflower yourself, and secondly it doesn't go bad. It makes cooking healthy and low carb that much easier.

I bought this to make my own version of Purely Elizabeth’s cauliflower cereal. This was good, but tasted a little much like cauliflower for that purpose. It was good though.

Very similar to instant mashed potatoes, in ease, at least. A bit bland compared to making with whole cauliflower, but not bad - especially when in a pinch or cooking while camping. We will buy again.

Inthe past I have used frozen riced cauliflower for some healthy alternatives in our diet. Likemy best cauliflower pizza crust. I thought dehydrated would make for saving freezer space and increase versatility... like be able to take on a camping trip. It rehydrated well, but I have a few concerns. I am not sure why, but this cauliflower is dark brownish tan! It's cauliflower taste seems too intense (possibly from close to expiration date or dehydration process) which was overpowering for the recipes I was making. Most concerning was that the expiration date on the package was only a month from my receiving my order. Given all of this & considering the money spent, I would not recommend.

The package has a picture of white cauliflower, yet the contents are brown and smell just like when you drive by a farm or a bunch of cows. I had to heavily spice up the rice. Just gross and I had to throw it away.

I like fact that only ingredient is cauliflower and you just add water. Since I am the only one who eats cauliflower rice in my household, it makes meal times easy! Fair warning the cauliflower smell is strong, I tried to make cauliflower rice pudding with this product but the intense cauliflower rice just was off putting! But for savory meals it’s a great quick option perfect for dorm living or backpacking or camping.

Absolutely disgusting bitter and moldy flavor. This didn't taste like rice or cauliflower but like I scraped off the bottom of my shoe and tried to eat it. Worst thing is no return policy on this garbage.I love riced cauliflower but this ain't it.
