Rival N12 Skull Cap are Non DOT Approved helmet, It uses the smallest shell and fitting possible. Who cares about the safety when it looked and fitted so good.

Size not quite right...
I like this helmet. It's basic and I can dress it up and bling it out any way I want which is exactly what I wanted. Only complaint is that it is slightly too big, and I ordered a small... I know I don't take an extra small helmet...
