Sugar Walls is a book about an abused girl named Sugar who is beaten every other day by her crackhead mom for not taking better care of her sexually active little sister Mya. Sugar is a virgin in her last year of high school and looking forward to going to college and getting the hell out of her mother and father's roach infested home.Sugar finally gets fed up and gives a call to an escort owner by the name of Dyna who she met at her part time job, Dyna promises that Sugar will not have to sell her body and can live free with her until she's ready. All of this happened in the first couple of chapters but after that Sugar just goes crazy with trying to find love, as soon as one relationship is over or on the rocks she trys to jump right into something else. This book is good but you will be spinning from Sugar's indecisive and destructive behavior.Sugar opens the club Sugar Walls and that's where the book takes off! This book was an overall good read.

Sugar Walls, is a normal lit with no excitment really. It was okay. I expect better from the author but, it's a welcoming title. Wouldn't really recommend this book....felt alot of unquestion section to the book. The book was just so typical. Girl come from bad home, want to mess with drug dealer, found out some family secret, running for her life and then, meet abother dealer whose better than the first one. Like come on now.

I DON'T KNOW WHAT THE OTHER REVIEWERS READ ,BUT I FIND THIS BOOK VERY BORING,NO STORYLINE,AND JUVENILE!!!! I HATE TO BE HARSH, BUT WHO WROTE THIS AN 8 YR OLD!!! I WAS ANTICIPATING SOOOO MUCH MORE!!!! THE MAIN CHARACTER WAS A SCATTER BRAIN HOW CAN U BUILD ON THAT!!!!!! DON'T WASTE UR $$$$, I'M SO SORRY THAT I DID!!!!

I DONT WANT TO TELL THE STORY BUT MS. BRITTANI WILLIAMS DID AN EXCELLENT JOB I HAVE READ ALL OF HER NOVELS EVEN HER SHORT STORIES AND SHE JUST KEEPS GETTING BETTER AND BETTER. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK MS. WILLIAMS.

THIS BOOK WAS OK. HAD IT NOT BEEN FOR SOME UNBELIEVABLE PARTS I PROBABLY WOULD HAVE GIVEN THIS BOOK 4 STARS INSTEAD OF 3. I DID FEEL SORRY FOR SUGAR IN THE BEGINNING OF THIS BOOK, BUT AFTER SHE HAD SEX FOR THE FIRST TIME HER ACTIONS AFTER THAT MADE IT HARD FOR ME TO HAVE SYMPATHY FOR HER CHARACTER. HER MOM WAS A TRIP. I HATE THE AUTHOR DIDN’T EXPLAIN WHY THE MOM HATED SUGAR SO MUCH AND NOT MAYA. ANOTHER THING I THINK THE AUTHOR SHOULD HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB ON IS THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN MAYA & THEIR DADDY ESPECIALLY SINCE HE MADE IT A POINT TO MAKE IT A SERIOUS FACTOR IN THIS BOOK. ACUTALLY THE DADDY PLAYED A SERIOUS PART IN THE BOOK BUT HE HAD NO VOICE. THERE WAS NOWHERE IN THIS BOOK WHERE SUGAR, MAYA, THE MOTHER NOR THE FATHER SPENT QUALITY TIME BUT WHEN SUGAR THOUGHT BACK ON HER LIFE SHE SPOKE OF GOOD TIMES WITH HER PARENTS WHERE THE PLAYED I THINK IT WAS BASKETBALL AND STUFF.. WHEN DID THAT HAPPEN BECAUSE THOUGHOUT THE WHOLE BOOK IT WAS NOTHING BUT HATERED ON ALL PARTS. THE DUMBEST LINE IN THIS BOOK WAS QUOTE(THE ONLY OTHER PERSON I CAME UP WITH WAS MYRA, BUT WE WERE BLOOD AND IT WAS BAD FOR ME TO BELIEVE THAT SHE WOULD PHYSICALLY HURT ME)UNQUOTE. REALLY HOW IN THE WORLD COULD THAT HAVE COME OUT OF SUGAR’S MOUTH AFTER WHAT SHE DID TO MAYA???? SUGAR NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER EVEN WHEN SHE COULD DID SHE GET A PLACE OF HER OWN. I REALLY HATED THE WAY SUGAR’S CHARACTER WAS PORTRAYED IN THE BOOK AFTER SHE WENT TO LIVE WITH DINAH. I DO LIKE THE WAY THE BOOK ENDED. I WOULD SUGGEST THIS BOOK IF YOU HAVE NOTHING ELSE TO READ. THE CHARACTERS WAS BELIEVABLE JUST NOT THE POWER IN WHICH THEY POSSESS. I REALLY WANTED TO HEAR HOW RENA’S LIFE ENDED WITH THE ENDING OF THIS BOOK SINCE SHE WAS SUCH A GOOD FRIEND TO SUGAR BUT HER CHARACTER FELL OFF NEVER TO BE HEARD FROM AGAIN. I WANTED TO KNOW WHO HAS THE $500,000.00 DOLLARS. DID SUGAR EVER GET ALL HER MEMORY BACK? WHO IS RASING MAYA’S DAUGHTER? LAST I HEARD MARLO’S MOTHER HAD HER BUT SHE IS NOT THE GRANDMOTHER.. OK ANYWAY THERE WERE SOME OTHER THING I NEEDED TO BE CLEARED UP ON BUT I GUESS UNLESS THERE IS A BOOK TWO I WILL NEVER KNOW AND I’M GOOD WITH THAT.SUGAR- A YOUNG GIRL THAT NEED TO LEARN HOW TO VALUE HERSELF.MYRA- A YOUNG GIRL THAT DIDN’T HAVE A CHANCE FROM THE BEGINNING.MARLO- A YOUNG MAN WHO NEEDS TO STOP AND START ALL OVER WITH LIFE.RON & ELAINE- TWO PEOPLE WHO SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO CONCEIVE CHILDREN.DINAH & J.T ARE NONFACTORS…MORAL: CHILDREN DON’T COME FROM STRANGERS..SIGNED: SUGAR, KEEP TRASH OUT YOUR WALLS..

Despite the typos this was an okay read I cannot find a character I like smh Marissa was cool but her parts in the book were small. It's like Sugar needed a man and I couldn't see her independence throughout the book at all she's twisted for sleeping with her sister man and so is he.... Mya is twisted her damn self this whole book had a lot of nutty ass people in it and it was predictable..... I like the author but I wish her books could be more memorable instead of stuff I've already read... Even though the characters made me mad I was determined to finish it just to see if ol girl would changed but nope I wish I could've been the co author because I would've had :Sugar confront both her parentsEnroll in collegeMention that she had ideas of becoming a club ownerReally tired to fix her and Mya's relationshipAnd I would've made the character not to be so needy of a man or just someone's attention in general.
